Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth process for canceling or rescheduling private sessions, we have established the following policy: 1. **Cancellation Notice:** - Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation of a private session. - The cancellation notice should be communicated through our website, email, or by contacting us. 2. **Forfeiture of Booking Deposit:** - Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. - The booking deposit is non-refundable and serves as a commitment fee for securing the private session. 3. **Rescheduling Requests:** - Clients are encouraged to request rescheduling of their private sessions well in advance whenever possible. - Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours' notice will be accommodated without any additional charges or penalties. 4. **Scheduling New Session:** - Any rescheduled session will be mutually scheduled at a time that is convenient for both the client and coach. - We will make every effort to find a suitable alternative time for the private session within a reasonable timeframe. 5. **Communication of Changes:** - It is the responsibility of the client to promptly communicate any changes to their appointment, including cancellations or rescheduling requests. - Our website, email, and customer support channels are available for such communications. 6. **Emergency Situations:** - In the case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered.
