As our jackets are pre-order items made in bulk, we ask that you choose carefully when placing your order.

❌ Returns

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind
• All sales are final once your order has been placed

🔁 Exchanges

We may offer an exchange for size only, subject to availability:
• Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return postage costs
• Exchange items will be sent once the original item is received and inspected

Please note: As these are pre-order items, stock availability for exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect:
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include photos and a description of the issue
• We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution

🚚 Shipping Policy

We offer Australia Post Parcel Post with tracking for all orders.

Shipping Rates:
• 1 Jacket → $11.22 (with tracking)
• 2 Jackets → $15.65 (with tracking)
• 3–5 Jackets → $19.25 (with tracking)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items in your order.

📦 Dispatch & Delivery

• All jackets are pre-order items
• Orders are placed in bulk
• Estimated dispatch is approximately 4 weeks from order date
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided

📍 Local Pickup

Collection is available from:
JR Cutting & Performance Horses – Mount Beppo, QLD

We will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time once your order is ready.

📝 Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order with JR Cutting & Performance Horses, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

📦 Pre-Order Process

• All jackets are sold as pre-order items
• Orders are placed in one bulk order once pre-orders close
• Pre-orders close on the advertised date (unless sold out earlier)

💳 Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering
• Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been received

⏳ Production & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 4 weeks from the order date
• This timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to supplier or shipping delays
• Customers will be notified once orders have been dispatched or are ready for collection

❌ Cancellations

• All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed

🔁 Changes to Orders

• Changes to size or colour may be requested prior to the bulk order being placed
• Once the order has been submitted to our supplier, no changes can be made

📍 Collection & Shipping

• Shipping is available via Australia Post (rates outlined in our Shipping Policy)
• Local pickup is available from Mount Beppo, QLD by arrangement
