By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Submission of this entry does not guarantee acceptance.


• All accepted entries will be issued an invoice. Payment is due upon receipt. Unpaid entries will not be included in the draw.


• All entries are non-refundable.


• Entries may close early once runs are filled. A waitlist will operate, and available spots will be offered accordingly.


• The organisers reserve the right to accept or decline any entry.


• All competitors must complete a Rider Waiver and Horse Health Declaration prior to the event.


• Competitors under 18 must wear an approved helmet at all times whilst mounted on the grounds.


• Competition will run under Queensland Working Cow Horse Club Arena Sorting Rules.
