Rick Kickham
With over 40 years in the horse industry, Rick brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for Cutting Horses. His diverse background includes saddle bronc riding, working with Thoroughbreds, and starting countless young horses under saddle. Rick’s calm, knowledgeable approach has helped shape horses that thrive in both training and competition.

Julieann Baulch
Julieann combines practical cattle and horse experience with a professional focus on wellness. As a qualified Emmett Therapist for Horses, she integrates bodywork into training for a more balanced and responsive horse. Her holistic approach, grounded in understanding and feel, makes her a standout coach — especially for those wanting to learn how to better connect with and train their own horses.
